- weekly bed and bath linen change
- ski and luggage deposit
- laundry (common room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothing racks)

Cleaning of the flat:
During the stay by the client.

Security guarantee:
130 euro at the keys delivery. Given back at the end of the stay, after the apartment control. In case of dammages, the costs will be deduced from the guarantee.

How to pay:
30% at the reservation, the rest at the beginning of the stay.

Beginning/End of the stay:
it starts at 4.00 p.m. of the arrival day. End at 10.00 a.m. of the departure day.

Charges not included in the price:
At the end of the stay, the price to pay for the charges not included is calculated according to the client’s consumption.
The price is not inclusive of:
- heating
- hot wate*

*for a stay lasting less than 14 days long, the costs related to the use of hot water are included in the price.
